Return Policy

Oscar White Shoes offers free shipping for returns. Oscar White Shoes will accept returns and issue a full refund for goods ordered if: 

- Goods are shipped back in 3 business days from the date the goods were delivered to the customer. Due to our goods, we can not accept returns that are not started within 3 business days. This ensures that goods have been tried on a limited amount of times and are being returned due to fit or product expectations and nothing more.

-All goods must be unworn, with tags, with no signs of visible wear and tear. If an item IS returned with signs of visible wear or over the 3 business days time, no refund will be given and the customer will be charged shipping cost to receive the item back.

-Please contact us at returns@oscarwhiteshoes.com before sending your return if you think it does not follow these guidelines. 

All orders are shipped with a prepaid return label in the box. Please put goods in a new box and drop it off to the shipper (FedEx or USP whichever the label is for) and send us back the shoes.

If the goods are shipped within 3 business days from when they were delivered and if the goods are in excellent condition with no signs of visible wear you will be issued a full refund minus a restocking fee of within 14 business days. 

We have a $35 per piece shipping restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Please email returns@oscarwhiteshoes.com to inquire about the exchange you would like to make. We will exchange the item as long as the previously purchased item is returned within 3 business days from when it was delivered. Customers will be charged a new shipping fee for the new item that the previously purchased item is being exchanged for.
